Becoming Referable, with Julie Littlechild and Steve Wershing, needs no introduction. I was honored to be asked to be on their podcast and I was delighted, as always, to speak with them. We talked about the origins of Financial Transitions Planning and the Certified Financial Transitionist® Designation; the reality that life transitions drive our business; and some of the many ways you can provide your clients with guidance on the personal side. Yes, this might seem like a radical departure from our traditional, technical training. But relationships are about people–they are about humans.
