Mindfulness for Financial Planners



This course is 6 consecutive Tuesdays, beginning August 18, from 11am, ET – 12:15pm, ET. It is based on the 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course, customized for financial planning professionals.

Class 1 – Presence. Learn what it feels like to be fully present.

Class 2 – Listening, pausing, and communicating.

Class 3 – The wisdom of the body.

Class 4 – Being with discomfort.

Class 5 – Identity. We all have our stories.

Class 6 – Creating ourselves and moving forward.

Please know that there is no reading, but there are guided practices of 20-40 minutes that are recommended each day.
